Notes on this design 5-13-07

This is a variation of Design Test 13 that I am planning on implementing for my updates page. I saw a few websites that had links organized like this, in boxes that provided a subtle hover effect. This proved far easier to create than I thought, since I had nearly all of the code already written for Test 13.

It is very easy to modify these links, simply by changing colors and :hover states.
